WASHINGTON, D.C. - A border Congressman is demanding changes at a Homeland Security hearing in Washington, D.C. He wants answers on how to keep smugglers and traffickers off Falcon Lake.

Coast Guard Adm. Robert Papp was on the hot seat Tuesday morning at the House Homeland Security Border and Maritime Subcommittee in Washington, D.C. Border Congressman Henry Cuellar was asking him the questions.

Cuellar says the Coast Guard was supposed to give Congressional leaders a report back in January saying how the Coast Guard was going to protect the Rio Grande.
