    Convicted Murderer Arrested by Border Patrol in Yuma Sector

    YUMA, Ariz. –An
    aggravated felon from Mexico with convictions of first-degree murder and armed robbery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin was arrested in Yuma Sector by U.S. Border Patrol Tuesday.


    A Yuma Sector agent
    arrested two men who were determined to have illegally crossed into the United States near the U.S. and Mexico International Boundary in San Luis.


    While searching one of the individuals, the agent discovered a bag containing 1.9 grams of methamphetamine in his pocket. Both subjects were transported to the Yuma Station for processing where they were treated for minor scrapes and cuts sustained while falling from the wall.


    Record checks conducted at the station revealed that one of the individuals was convicted of first-degree murder and armed robbery in Milwaukee in 2003. The man was identified as 37-year-old Cruz Guillermo Barron-Nunez of Mexico. He had been convicted and sentenced to 19 years for first-degree murder and 11 years for armed robbery.


    Barron-Nunez was transferred to the Yuma Regional Medical Center for evaluation after complaining of leg pain. Upon his release from the hospital, he will be processed for immigration violations.
    The other individual, a 20-year-old male Mexican national, will also be processed for immigration violations.


    U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials welcome assistance from the community. Individuals can report suspicious activity to the Border Patrol and remain anonymous by calling 1-877-872-7435 toll free. Reporting illicit activity could result in saving someone’s life.

    Mexico is NOT stopping these criminals, the drugs, or the illegal aliens coming over our border by the thousands!!!

    They "fell" off the wall. Put big cylinder rollers on top the wall, grease those rollers up, and roll them one-way BACK to the Mexican side.

    Cylinder Rollers on top to stop them from grabbing the top of the wall.

    Make sure you wash their cuts and scrapes real good because if they get an infection these murdering rapists will sue the government and win in court because here in the US the g0vmnt worships this protected class of illegal alien and welcomes their rape and murder. It is all about diversity and having the blessings of an enriched society.
