“The president has given us enough time to deal with this before March and so I think that’s plenty of time and I expect us to meet it,” Cornyn told reporters, adding, “If we can’t, then the president could extend the deadline if he chose to do so. But this is something we’re going to turn to, I’m sure, in January.”
I find it very concerning that there is still talk floating around about extending the March deadline. There should have never been a deadline. The program should have ended immediately. If Trump would have ended the program immediately after taking office as promised we wouldn't be having this conversation right now.

It would be a real bummer if we were to fight the Congress off until March to then have Trump turn around and extend DACA again!
