Thread: Court: Just being in U.S. isn't illegal

THIS BELONGS IN THE STUPIDITY HALL OF FAME.

THIS IS LIKE SAYING THAT BREAKING INTO SOMEONE'S HOUSE IS ILLEGAL, BUT STAYING IN THE HOUSE IS NOT. THAT ONLY THE ENTRY IS ILLEGAL.

OH PLEASE. THE CORPORATIONS ARE OUT OF CONTROL IN THIS COUNTRY. THAT IS THE ONLY EXPLANATION FOR THIS.

So I suppose robbing a bank is a crime but possessing the money is not?

What part of illegal alien does this judge not understand?

In a Barton County case, a three-judge panel issued an opinion Friday that a judge could not deny probation and order jail time for convicted drug dealer Nicholas L. Martinez based solely on the grounds that Martinez is an unauthorized immigrant.

The scariest part of this is that the opinion was issued by a three judge panel and not some communist judge sittng alone in a district court. Hopefully, it will be reviewed en banc and quickly make its way on up to the Supreme Court.

this is just plain anarchy. it's time to stand up and fight, I'm sick of these lib Judges we should stand outside their court houses and demand that that justice be done to them for there utter stupidity they should be thrown out impeached and put in jail.

I thought I was going to jump straight up after reading this. I am so mad right now. This Judge is not reading the law he has evidently not read the constitution.
