275 ENTRY OF ALIEN AT IMPROPER TIME OR PLACE; MISREPRESENTATION AND CONCEALMENT OF FACTS
SEC. 275. [8 U.S.C. 1325]

(a) Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, United States Code, or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, United States Code, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.

(b) Any alien who is apprehended while entering (or attempting to enter)

the United States at a time or place other than as designated by immigration

officers shall be subject to a civil penalty of

(1) at least $50 and not more than $250 for each such entry (or attempted entry), or

(2) twice the amount specified in paragraph (1) in the case of an alien who has been previously subject to a civil penalty under this subsection.

Civil penalties under this subsection are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any criminal or other civil penalties that may be imposed.

(c) An individual who knowingly enters into a marriage for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws shall be imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or fined not more than $250,000, or both.

(d) Any individual who knowingly establishes a commercial enterprise for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws shall be imprisoned for not more than 5 years, fined in accordance with title 18, United States Code, or both.

It is clear that this judge has a Love of Illegal Immigrants, a distaste for American Law and should be removed from office for dereliction of duty. He has broken his sworn oath to uphold the laws of the US and makes a mockery of common sense.

I guess it should be legal then for a 7 year old to stay in a Strip club since it's only illegal to 'enter' the establishment, but once you're in "I guess you can stay because technically the sign says "no entry" not "No entry and No Presence within". Maybe we're all fools, but I thought that being Illegal to "enter" meant, if you were IN then, by definition you must have broken the "No Entry" part of the law. And doesn't "NO entry" literally mean, you cannot be "IN" the place you are forbidden to enter? What else would we use the phrase "No entry" ? It's common sense.

With this Judge's logic, anyone who breaks any of the laws under the US Code, should be set free since technically these are US (United States) laws and the "United States" exists only within Washington DC (literally), as the several states are independent entities forming a Union overseen by Washington D.C. Never mind "Jurisdiction" issues and common sense. All drug dealers, pedophiles, murderers etc. should be set free since technically they didn't commit their crimes within the United States.

No wonder our country is the laughing stock of the world. People, you really need to wake up to this judicial activism by "Bleeding Hearts" whose only aim is to make a mockery of our legal system in favor of unfettered access to the world at large. Please vote this guy out of office, and soon. In addition, the other judges (in Oregon & Minnesota) mentioned in the article should also be removed from office.

When are folks going to realize what's going on and do something about it? I predict another civil war in this country resulting in a HUGE 'cleansing' of Judges, Politicians, Congress, Rogue Cops, School Board Members, Sheriffs, IRS Agents, FBI Agents, etc..etc..etc.. Perhaps a good military coup is just what the doctor ordered. It's high time to put an end to the destruction of our Republic.

The doublespeak being used in the courts today to justify erroneous judicial rulings smacks of greed and corruption.

Kansas is hoping to play host to a future port of entry commerce center that will be connected to the largest imposing highway ever built in America that will afford global businesses the opportunity to bypass the coastal ports of entry and send commercial goods up through the Mexican interior through Texas and finally Kansas, where the goods will be shipped out by Mexican and American trucks and rail, to consumers. Those goods will be inspected by Mexican nationals working on Mexican soil granted by the SPP and the Bush Administration, IN Kansas.

The rule of law dictates that entering the United States without proper entry or immigration documents is an illegal act. Conducting illegal business while in the United States illegally, means you are a career criminal.

Protecting legal citizens of the United States from the criminal activities of those who entered the United States illegally is your sole job Judge Patrick McAnany.

Those judicial, legislative and executive branches of our state and federal governments that choose to turn their head and condone violating the rule of law, have been bought by those wanting to create a North American Union and a port of entry in Kansas.

Barton County District Judge Hannelore Kitts needs a medal and a recommendation for a federal judicial position, while Judge Patrick McAnany needs to be impeached, removed from the bench and charged with using his position as a judge to profit himself and others. I’ll bet Judge Patrick McAnany has heard of conspiracy and racketeering before.

Where do they get these crackpot judges?

Why not rule that "It is illegal to rob a bank but the
money he keeps is legal."

Nut cases like that judge should be impeached before he
does any more damage to this country.

England is a A-1 example of what happends when the liberals
take control.
