    WHAT? There are sane American patriots in our judicial system? Wow, way cool! Right to Privacy in the Workplace could perhaps have started as a law to protect what you do on your lunch hour, or protecting from search of locker and body by the employer. This is only a guess, but for the court to rule the requirement of EVerify for employers is a step in the right direction, and I have no idea why we have had this much problem with a federal program, paid for by taxpayer dollars, to verify who is allowed to claim one of our last resources in this country--OUR JOBS!
