And don't forget , they can all use e verify

Also the SS no match letters should be going out again
Agree on the worksite raids. The illegals need to be looking over their shoulders every day they go to work. We also need huge fines on employers who willfully employ illegals. Make them afraid to hire without using EVerify.

The one thing that really irks me with SS - they never notify the person whose identity was stolen. There would be 100 people using my SSN but the government will never let me know. That policy needs to change.
That's why I have my credit frozen up through all three credit bureaus and use a credit monitoring service, especially living in AZ. AZ is the leading state for identity theft and also just happens to be the #1 gateway for illegals.

The only crackdown will come not from the Obama administration but from the pressure the American public puts on politicians and local government to get illegals removed from our communities. Make it uncomfortable for them here and they will not come. Take the social services from them along with the job market, free medical, and free schooling and they will pack up and go home.

The ONLY way to keep from new "seeds" being planted, is for our government to STOP "fertilizing" their growth! (pandering to them). So far all they have done is "thrown us some bones" now and then to keep us quiet. There is NO compromise room left, and it HAS to be either enforcement or not! Any slack giving to illegals is going to be further taken advantage of like it has been. Our goverment either needs to put up, or get out! PERIOD!! ENOUGH of this game!!

This administration reduced physical raids of employers by 70 percent in effect eliminating ICE raids. Now employers only have to submit fraudulent paperwork or any other paperwork they want which will be approved by ICE because with no raids there will be no ICE personnel checking actual paperwork at the work site if they even have any on file. Awhile back Napolitano issued a policy saying any illegal aliens found during very infrequent dog and pony show work site raids including those using fraudulent and stolen social security numbers will be given work permits. Obama is suing states trying to implement e-verify to ensure employers don't hire illegal aliens and they don't use taxpayer benefits.
Excuse the cynic in me but this administration like previous ones has refused to secure the border and enforce the laws currently on the books. This is yet another tactic to placate the ignorant American sheeple more concerned with who is the latest American Idol than what is going on at our borders and in our communities. Despite their rhetoric this administration does not care one iota about unemployed, suffering and struggling Americans. It is about more votes from illegal aliens, more union members through illegal immigration in the face of falling membership and cheap labor. The beat goes on........

Another reason why Fox News hardly ever covers illegal immigration. I was listening to Shepard Smith who supports illegal immigration just like Rupert Murdoch, saying they do the jobs Americans won't do. See ya Shephard. One less viewer for you.....
Ditto! The illegal invaders get work permits (after all, they have to be able to support themselves while waiting on being deported, which could take years) and the employers get a fine (cost of doing business) and everyone goes on their merry way. Nappy can then boast how tough this administration has been on illegal invaders and those who hire them.

It's a joke and everyone knows it nothing more than window dressing.

Pressing employers won't fix the problem of undocumented workers
    Friday, January 21, 2011; 8:15 PM

TYSON FOODS, one of the world's largest food processing firms, has a checkered past when it comes to employment practices, specifically the hiring of undocumented workers. A decade ago, the firm faced federal charges that it conspired to smuggle undocumented workers into the country to operate its production lines. A jury acquitted Tyson, but the damage to the company's name was done.

So it was notable this week when U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced that Tyson had received a federal seal of approval for its hiring practices, which it has improved over the past five or six years. After months of scrutiny by officials, who combed through employment records for virtually every one of Tyson's 100,000-plus workers in this country, ICE and Tyson signed an agreement certifying that the firm and its workforce were on the right side of immigration law.

The event is instructive, not least because Tyson is an outlier; in the past four years, only 115 companies have enlisted in the so-called Image program that Tyson signed up for last week. Most of them are small- to medium-sized ventures; Tyson is one of just two Fortune 500 firms on the list. Although some 250,000 companies have enrolled in E-Verify, a federal program that screens potential new hires for employment eligibility, most firms appear reluctant to have their existing workforces scrutinized, as the Image program requires. And no wonder: An estimated 6 million or 7 million undocumented immigrants are in the U.S. labor force.

To its credit, the Obama administration has more than tripled the number of ICE agents assigned to check hiring practices. The agency has targeted several thousand employers with stepped-up audits of their workforces, arrested hundreds of company officials and levied fines amounting to millions of dollars against companies hiring undocumented workers. Recently, ICE announced that it is beefing up its ability to go after larger companies that may employ undocumented workers. All that is a sensible shift from Bush administration policy, which emphasized raids on factories featuring mass detentions of the workers themselves.

If the current policy turns up the heat on corporations, so much the better; they may in turn increase pressure on Congress to reform America's broken immigration system. As it stands, that system ignores the fact that millions of undocumented workers play an integral role in the economy and that the nation needs a realistic mechanism for admitting sufficient numbers of low-skilled employees to fill jobs that Americans don't want, even with the nation suffering from high unemployment.

The administration has cracked down on employers, tightened border security and stepped up its deportation efforts, particularly against undocumented immigrants with criminal records. Those steps, combined with the recession, have dramatically slowed the inflow of workers here illegally. Still, some 11 million of them remain in America, working in the shadows. As long as Congress refuses to act, the problem will continue to fester.

Tyson Foods to partner with ICE to prevent illegal immigrants from working in plants

    Wisconsin News

-- Federal Immigration officials are partnering with Tyson Foods to prevent undocumented immigrants from working in its food processing plants, an arrangement immigrant rights advocates are opposing. Tyson employs more than 600 workers at plants in Green Bay and Jefferson.

Here's another thing to consider. States are broke--and those hiring illegals are not contributing to the tax base! I think that there will be more pressure on these companies from Obama's side because he will be blamed if something does not improve. Going after employers angers the amnesty crowd--but not doing so ensures that tax funds remain inadequate.
