Same van, same story.
That's the word from the Colorado State Patrol, after a trooper stopped a van on Interstate 70 near Grizzly Creek on Saturday, and apprehended 18 alleged illegal immigrants.

"The same trooper had stopped the exact same van back in September," said a CSP statement to the press, "and it had a load of illegal immigrants at that time also."

In total, 18 people from the van were taken into custody by the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

A CSP troop stopped 15-passenger, late model van as it was eastbound on I-70 at approximately 9:55 a.m. Saturday. The van was doing 63 mph in a 50 mph zone, a CSP spokesperson said.

The van was headed from Los Angeles to Iowa, and the passengers ranged in age from 18 to approximately 50 years old.

The van driver's name was not available, but he was a licensed driver out of California.
