Perhaps this is because of the law suit stating Rico laws against Tyson. It would be great if Tyson was shut down and couldn't do business anymore. The Rico laws are tough. Let's see what happens there.

hey tiny thought you were taking the day off. LOL

Off to pool exercise got to more the muscles that atrophied yesterday.
Great I love the RICO act and its use to crack down on companies hiring illegals for profit gains and cheap labor! Its a step in the correct direction and we should get more companies investigated! A good website to start off with as a resource is www.WeHireAliens.com which users submit illegals working at stores, housing sites, etc...

The lawsuit against Tyson's is coming from former employees, as I understand it. It isn't the government doing it. Tyson's has been in bourt before for hiring illegals -

For almost 30 years, I lived in the town that is Pilgrim's headquarters. Please believe me when I tell you that Pilgrim's is not at all afraid of anything like this.

Please believe me when I tell you they are not afraid of the government doing anything to them.

Please believe me when I tell you if they fired 100 employess, there was more to it than the fact they didn't have proper papers.

I think there is a chance the government is simply going to allow them to funnel more employees here through their plant in Mexico. It may not happen immediately, but I think that is what will happen.

This just doesn't smell like any kind of victory for America - it smells like misdirection to me.

I pray we keep our eyes, ears, and minds open on this.

I'm sorry if it seems like I am raining on the parade, but this is too important.

All of you guys are right. We cannot let our government exist without constant monitering. The problem is that with how much the citizens have to work to support ourselves and our families most people don't have the wherewithall to spend more time working to make sure the government is not screwing us. I'm fortunate that I have had the ability to spend time with this and I plan to make it a habit. I am also working on planting seeds in my children (1 boy, 17 and a girl that is 13) so that when they can take part in the election process they will do so with an infomed choice.

    OK, guys, I'll hush.

It is just imperative that we be suspicious of everything and I mean everything this government does.

They are still not on our side or on America's side - we must remember that.

It is the only way to be, the government has proven themselves to be untrustworthy and greedy with no thought to the American people and their welfare. It is not too late we are in the nick of time and we must not let up for a minute!
