The couple, expecting a child later this year, took the day off to take part in "A Day Without Immigrants," a rally urging legislators and employers in the region to stop a bill pending in Congress that would make illegal immigration a felony.

"If they approve the law, they will treat us like criminals," said the landscaper, whose name is being withheld by the Daily News because of his undocumented status.

Well since they have one on the way I guess their worries are over since they will be able to use their offspring to gain access to all kinds of federal programs as well as have a find bouncing baby anchor to ensure they will never be deported! And who will pay for the bambeano to be born? Thank you congress for continuing the birth right citizenship fiasco!
