Debate over immigration needs compassion, mercy
This article is unreal. It comes from the Rev. Howard Dotson of Omaha, who I mentioned last week is a very scary figure on the pro-illegal side in Nebraska. This is an article written in response to NE State Senator Charlie Janssen's article on the Utah Compact, posted here on ALIPAC a few weeks ago. You can respond to this article in the "Public Pulse" in the Omaha World-Herald (pulse@owh.com)

We need compassion for the receiving society. Compassion for Americans who are displaced from their jobs, lose a place in college to an illegal student, watch their property taxes go higher and higher to pay for education of illegals, go without in order to pay taxes to support welfare for illegals. The compassion of open borders advocates is misplaced. It is the receiving society that is suffering.

04-25-2011, 10:57 AM #3We need to fully understand the poverty and social forces that drive economic refugees north in search of their daily bread. Grounded in our family values, can’t we appreciate a parent trying to provide for his or her babies?
There is certainly not enough "compassion" for all of the unemployed and homeless/hungry citizens here in America. They are ignored, while some of us focus our attention on undocumented aliens. As the elderly always say, "take care of your own home, before providing support for someone else home." Which means rendering support and aiding citizens should be our main focus. Other Countries is responsible for caring for their people, not the United States, because we Americans are going broke supporting illegal aliens. When you aid and support criminals, you live a criminal life style yourself:

We're way beyond "compassion and mercy" for illegal invaders in this country. These criminals have demonstrated the ability to take full advantage of any compassion and mercy extended to them.
Besides, since when is simply enforcing the law so cruel and merciless? The answer seems to be when a certain reverended gets involved in the illegal invader debate and wants to use euphemisms like "economic refugees" to describe the lawlessnes actions of millions of invaders who have violated our laws.

Every open borders amnesty hack starts by trying to redefine the meaning of "compassion" to include criminals who break at least three laws to get here and then loot the treasuries of the state and national governments on a a daily basis. American citizens who are their victims don't count. Just ask every church and business group who are exploiting them in the name of "compassion". What a farce.

Instead of denying the inevitable, we should embrace our future with compassion
Yeah, yeah. Embrace this. And then go away.
