    Okay, I have a question. Since when is de-facing government property not a federal crime? The border is on United States soil and the de-facing of it is a federal crime!

    Another good reason for a dual system, a concrete wall inset inside out border with a fence easier to see through that sits exactly on the border. A see through fence means you can't paint crap on it in the name of art.
