DENVER • A ballot initiative requiring police to impound the vehicles of drivers without valid licenses failed tonight after more than two-thirds of voters opposed it, the Denver Post is reporting.
The Denver question is among hundreds of municipal questions facing Colorado voters Tuesday. About 65 mayor and council seats were up for grabs.

This doesn't sound like a fair vote, Just last year the city voters voted to have cars impounded, I wonder if this vote consisted of bogus acorn absentee ballots.
