The open borders foreign workers lobby is at it again, and American graduates are being sold out.

According to Campus Reform, “The University of Utah more than doubled its H-1B visa filings over the past two years, submitting 203 Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) in 2025 compared with 78 filings in 2023, according to federal records”.

According to the report, 1055 approved H-1B visas with an average salary of $80,000.

“The database also lists 270 job titles with salaries ranging from about $40,000 to more than $200,000. ”

“The filings cover 270 job titles and more than 1,000 approved H-1B salary records. Federal data show a median approved salary of approximately $80,000, with wages ranging from roughly $40,000 to more than $200,000 depending on the position.”

H-1B’s hurt America and take jobs that should go to American workers, not foreign workers.

There has been much debate and controversy recently over the number of H-1B visas that should be issued, if at all.

“An approved Labor Condition Application is required before an employer can sponsor a foreign worker for an H-1B visa.”

”The University of Utah relies on H-1B workers to perform critical roles teaching, researching, and providing patient care, both on campus and throughout University of Utah Health,” a spokeswoman for The University of Utah stated.

Sadly, the University of Utah is hardly alone in these pro-H-1 B, anti-American worker practices.

Campus Reform found that the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pittsburgh also recruited H-1B workers at the expense of native-born Americans.

American graduates are sadly being shafted while foreigners take American jobs.
