I know he'll be able to bring his wife back, but it's the two older children I'm not sure about. Plus, if you're officially deported (court ordered), I believe you're required to wait 10 years before applying for entry back into the U.S. I wonder how that law works if your the wife of someone granted asylum?
There's so many loopholes within the immigration laws. The kids are part of the 'family' and that gets everyone a leg up in the line.

There's some hardship/family loophole and all they have to do is have a good ACLU/pr bono attorney to jump through it.
