Deportees sent home to problems they left
    By Hernán Rozemberg- Express-News

SAN VICENTE, El Salvador — Pablo GarcÃ*a watched as the door slowly opened and a figure appeared from the dimly lit room, gingerly shuffling toward him.
José GarcÃ*a, ailing from kidney complications, nearly deaf and fearing imminent death, had no idea if he’d see his son again. But there he was at the family’s downtown home, standing in front of him.

The father, a scrawny man of few words without the energy to string together long sentences, quietly and gently embraced his son, who relinquished his stoic nature for tears and sobs.

The United States can not be the economic savior of every 3rd world country in our hemisphere. All the Boo Hoo stories will not change the fact that these people need to make their own countries more economically viable through whatever means necessary. They must stand up to their own governments and force change THERE not HERE!

    Good comment Ratbstard.

I, too, have been amazed at how the lamestream media prints sad stories about these people as if we are at fault and should help them when the truth is the pressure should be put on the countries they fled from. We have been their escape value for too long. Time they addressed their own economic problems for the good of their people.

There are many Americans who die every year from kidney failure because they can't afford the operation or don't get a kidney in time.

We need to get these people out and keep them out. Then they'll use their brains to figure out how to fix their country and make life better for all the people of their country. The ability to leave and hole up here does nothing for them and only destroys us.

There are organizations that they can seek out for medical assistance, too.

The only difference is illegals get all the medical care for free while Americans do without or go into debt.

The news needs to focus on the treatment of the illegals as they go through Mexico itself. Just more sob stories on how these illegals are so mistreated and mistrusted here in the United States.DUH!!

About 10 percent of Mexico's population is now living in the United States, that’s over 10 million people. And how many illegal aliens in its own country has Mexico legalized in the past five years? Just 15,000.
