INEXCUSABLE: Biden’s DHS Issues New Guidelines that Directly Violate US Immigration Law – Instructs Agents Not to Deport Illegals Solely for Being in the US Illegally

On Thursday, the open-borders Biden regime issued new guidelines to immigration officers that say they should not deport any illegal alien solely because they are here illegally.

The guidelines are set to go into effect in November and directly violate US immigration laws that are currently on the books.

Instead, federal resources will now be used to apprehend and deport illegals only if pose a threat to national security or the public safety of US citizens.

That is unless they live in a leftist sanctuary city, that shields violent criminal illegals from federal agencies when they attempt to transfer custody, countless have been released back onto the streets to re-offend in states like California.

We all saw how hard it was to deport even the most violent criminals when we had Trump in office – who actually made border security a priority – how bad will things get now that this clueless lunatic Biden is in office and running the left’s imported voters scheme?

It’s no secret, these psychopaths want to end American sovereignty as we know it.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas made the announcement for the new guidelines. In his statement, he explicitly stated that this administration’s goal is to secure citizenship status for any illegal alien who has made it here and isn’t a direct threat to national security.

As we strive to provide them with a path to status, we will not work in conflict by spending resources seeking to remove those who do not pose a threat and, in fact, make our Nation stronger.”

In other words, the overwhelming percentage of the 1.3 million-plus illegals who have already been released, in addition to countless more who will come and who have crossed undetected, will be safe from deportation as Biden’s team of bureaucrats works on getting them their citizenship.

Mayorkas claims that illegals who are apprehended at the border who are trying to unlawfully enter the US would be considered a threat to border security and could potentially be deported under the new guidelines – but seeing how many have actually been deported since Biden has taken over doesn’t give much indication that many, if any at all will be sent back to Mexico.

These new guidelines instruct agents to expressly disobey US immigration laws that are currently on the books. This should not be allowed to stand and needs to be challenged by our elected representatives – it’s unacceptable.

Reckless Biden DHS Issues New Guideline That Welcomes ANY Illegal Unless They’re Considered a “Threat”

With nearly 85 thousand illegals heading to our southern border, America is in even more danger now that the DHS has issued a new guideline welcoming any illegal unless they are considered a threat. This reckless new policy is only emboldening more illegals to come to America’s border.

USA Today reports that the Department of Homeland Security issued new guidelines Thursday to immigration officers that say that being an undocumented person should “not alone be the basis” of being deported.

DHS Director Mayorkas is determined to flood America with an invasion of illegals who have broken federal law by crossing our border. He released the new guideline that will only encourage more illegals to come to our border:

“The fact an individual is a removable noncitizen, therefore, should not alone be the basis of an enforcement action against them. We will use our discretion and focus our enforcement resources in a more targeted way. Justice and our country’s well-being require it.

By exercising our discretionary authority in a targeted way, we can focus our efforts on those who pose a threat to national security, public safety, and border security and thus threaten America’s well-being.”

It looks like Mayorkas has caved to the open border advocates as USA Today points out that this has to do with what happened when Haitians were being stopped at the border by border patrol on horseback:

“Immigration advocates specifically noted the incident where border patrol officials chased Haitian migrants on horses earlier this month.”

Stacy Suh, program director of Detention Watch Network: “We urge the fight in administration to change course to bring justice and fairness to the immigration system.”
REPORTS OF 85K ILLEGALS HEADING TO OUR BORDER WILL ONLY INCREASE NOW:

After over 15K illegals were quickly processed and most released into the U.S., thousands more illegals are now encouraged and making the trek to America’s southern border. Joe Biden’s policy of open borders for anyone in the world who wants to enter the U.S. is dangerous and irresponsible.

DHS Director Mayorkas called illegal crossings a “proud tradition” during an interview with Chris Wallace of Fox News.

According to figures from the National Migration Service, over 80K illegals have entered Panama this year. Panama went from receiving an average of 800 migrants in January to 30,000 in August.

Panamanian government sources say that up to 4,000 people are now making their way north to the U.S.

Also, over 16,000 illegals are stuck in the northern Colombian beach town of Necocli (see video below), waiting their turn to make the journey north to America.

Saying that you want to “look for a better opportunity” is not a legit reason to be let into the U.S. Can you imagine going to a foreign country and illegally entering as these people have here in America? Absolutely not!

Newsmax reports that Colombia and Panama agreed last month that 500 migrants could cross per day, but local officials have repeatedly urged them to raise the quota, saying it is far too low to keep pace with the up to 1,500 migrants who arrive in town daily.

Panama’s President Laurentino Cortizo told the United Nations that more than 80,000 illegals have traveled through Panama this year and want international assistance to care for the illegals. Why not refuse entry to them?

The Center for Immigration studies investigated the terror threat in the pathway from Panama and Columbia to the U.S.:
