They cannot leave their children here.

Find them, load them up on buses and send them to their President!

HELL NO! SEND THEM BACK! THEY ARE FOREIGN CITIZENS AND MINORS AND THEIR COUNTRIES RESPONSIBILITY!

That's because they don't have Deportation Orders from DOJ. No matter how you spin it, the problem circles back to and ends up with DOJ because DOJ controls Deportation Orders under existing law. That's the bottle-neck, that's the logger-jam, that's where the back-log is and that's what creates DOJ AMNESTY.

Parents who are being deported NOW by DOJ
are being allowed by DHS to leave their kids with relatives (legal or illegal), family friends, foster care, etc.

The parents want the kids left here because as soon as the parents get home they intend to make another trip back to the U.S. and the trip is easier and cheaper if you don't have kids with you. After they re-enter illegally they will rejoin their kids at the relatives home.

You are not making any sense. DOJ is required under the law to deport illegal aliens. You are claiming that the parents are being deported "NOW" by DOJ, and I'm asking you why isn't DOJ deporting their children "NOW" with them or are the children being issued deportation orders "NOW" like the parents but DHS is violating that order and instead dumping them in our country?

Lets make this simple for you:

1. Has DOJ issued Deportation Orders on these parents? yes or no
2. Has DOJ issued Deportations Orders on their children? yes or no
3. If no to 1, why not?
4. If no to 2, why not?
5. If yes to 1 but no to 2, why didn't DOJ issue Deportation Orders on the children?
6. If yes to 2, why is DHS violating those Deportation Orders?

And for some untold reason you think this is more "workable" than Judy's Plan B?

The bottle-neck and logger-jam will only get worse, because we still have a wide open border----plug the leak, then start dipping water!

Sure have at it. We've been trying to do that for 15 years here at ALIPAC, others have been trying to do that since 1986, which is 32 years, so Good luck!!

At some point, wise people wake up and say, we need a different plan, something we can actually do that's quick, cheap and effective like Judy's Plan B.

Judy's Plan B:

Tell all these countries, if your citizens don't stop entering our country illegally, then you will have no aid from or trade with the United States. Period.
