Different workers face the same problem with the WARN Act
From illegal immigrants to union miners, laborers encounter difficulty invoking law.

Illegals don't have any employment rights. If they want rights they should return home and not take US jobs.

I don't think it was fair to have added the coal miners story in this.The illegals in this story (and many others)are again trying to act as though they have the same rights as American workers,which is so untrue.Just another pathetic sob story trying to gain more sympathy for the illegals.I do feel sorry for the miner though.

This article helps me to understand why Illegals get so upset.Activist,ACLU,Immigration Attorneys,church groups etc feed them untrue information.The Illegals believe these people so they think their rights are being abused,

All those feeding them untrue and absurb info are not doing it just to be helpful,they all have a hidden agenda and are self serving leeches.

Churches need more members,activists are in fear they will be deported,lawyers...well I don't think I need to explain their motives and even the ACLU do not really care about these people they do receive BIG pay checks and they need to keep the donation money rolling in...

Comparing illegals with w. va. coal miners infuriates me for many..many reasons, believe me when I say,those coal miners are not happy either if they know about this comparison !!
