No freaking "refugee" camps turning this country into a breeding cesspool!
So you would rather continue the catch & release policy since we can't currently detain children more than 20 days?

Nope, I'd rather see the Flores Agreement go away so we can keep everyone detained until they're deported, regardless of whether it takes 30 days, 45 days, or 60 days.

What we want, MW, is catch and deport.

Of course we do, but that can't always happen within 20 days. So, in the meantime, you're fine with releasing the parents with their illegal alien children because we can't keep the children detained for over 20 days? Well, like I said, I'm not. Wouldn't it be nice if we could all create the utopia we wanted. Get rid of the Flores agreement because catch & release needs to end!

No, when the 20 days are up, take them to a port of entry and boot them across the border!

As you well know, the system doesn't quite work that fast. Of course I wish it did, but it just doesn't.

    Not one minute longer!
ILLEGAL ALIENS HAVE "BROKEN" OUR IMMIGRATION SYSTEM

DO NOT REWARD THEM - DEPORT THEM ALL

I know that is does. But I don't know that it can't. Obama reduced illegal immigration by deporting crossers immediately without processing them. Our laws say they must apply for asylum in their country, not at our border. That we allow them to remain in the country when they apply at the border entry point or after they are arrested, is a failure of us to enforce our laws. And once we don't do that, they avail themselves of all sorts of rights they should not have access to.

Deporting illegal aliens without processing them does nothing because they'll just come right back. Processing them at least makes their return a felony crime.

Yes, you can, by law, apply for asylum within the United States. However, it must be done within 12 months of entry.

If they pay a coyote each time, they are getting one hell of a fine! IT WILL CURTAIL THE NUMBER OF ILLEGAL ALIENS COMING TO THIS COUNTRY!
