LOL!! You threw lawsuits into the mix of sanctions multiple times including in the post I responded to.

It's a violation of our domestic law by the citizens of that country. That's why the citizens are being sanctioned with no aid from or trade with the US until it stops.

It's becoming quite clear to me that you don't really want any new or creative ideas to solve the problem of illegal immigration into the United States. You prefer to stick with the traditional same o, same o, that has gotten US and kept US where we are.

Context Judy, context! Any illegal alien here seems to be able to sue somebody. But their suit is no way related to a sanction against their country.

Correct! Not the government of that country! If an American citizen breaks laws in their country, they sanction the whole United States, right?

So now you want to punish the other citizens of that country, who didn't illegally invade our country, for the crime committed by the one who came to this country?

Not when "creative" is a ridiculous fantasy not based in reality!

My comments stand. Economic sanctions impact the citizens of any country we apply them to and in most countries where we apply them, the citizens had absolutely nothing to do to with the issue at hand, yet we punish and starve the entire country. With illegal immigration issues, millions of these countries citizens have violated our immigration laws and cost Americans trillions of dollars, tens of thousands of lives due to homicides and murder, and millions of jobs.

The direct involvement of citizens of these countries in the issue of illegal immigration addressed by the economic sanctions I propose in Judy's Plan B makes them more applicable and more appropriate than any economic sanction we have ever placed on any country for any reason anywhere.

So if you want to keep typing your opines in your clown suit wearing your big red clown nose, hey, that's fine with me.

Yes, we punish the people of North Korea BECAUSE OF WHAT THEIR LEADER DOES that the people have no control over. Yes, we punish the people of Iran BECAUSE OF WHAT THEIR LEADERS DO that the people of Iran have no control over.

So when Obama gave Iran billions of dollars on a pallet, we citizens should have stopped him.
