    While Kris Kobach would be the ideal choice for director of ICE, he is not the ideal choice for DHS Secretary. Immigration is only one facet of Homeland Security. DHS encompasses the Secret Service, TSA, Airport Security, Port Security, Coast Guard, Infrastructure Protection, Disaster Response, Counterterrorism, etc. General Kelly is better equipped to handle DHS as a whole. Kris Kobach is ideal for ICE Director or Deputy Secretary.
