States issue licenses, permits, and drivers licenses.

Many of these licenses and permits do not transfer across state lines and are not honored or recognized by the other states.

Sanctuary states are issuing drivers licenses to illegal aliens which is against Federal laws, they are aiding and abetting illegal aliens. They are now allowing illegal aliens and non-citizens to vote in local elections...this is election interference by foreign nationals voting in our elections, this is Sedition and Treason. This must be stopped!

The State of Texas, and many states, issue Concealed Carry Weapons permits. These licenses do not transfer across state lines. These licenses are not recognized in the State of California, the State of New York, etc. If you are pulled over, you are subject to arrest, fines, they will confiscate the weapon, they can impound your vehicle, they can put you in jail.

The State of Ohio and many states issue Fishing Licenses. These licenses do not transfer across state lines. You cannot use this license in the State of Pennysylvania, the State of Indiana, or any other state. You are subject to a citation and a fine. You refuse to comply; they can arrest you and put you in jail.

These licenses do not transfer across state lines. Neither should drivers' licenses issued to illegal aliens by sanctuary states.

Illegal aliens should not be in our country, they should not be driving on our roads. They cause massive car accidents, DUI's, they are killing our citizens in these car wrecks. They do not buy car insurance, they are destroying our lives, they destroy our vehicles, kill our loved ones, and we are left holding the bag to pay for it in repairs, burials, legal costs, and they are driving up the costs of our car insurance rates because of it.

Sanctuary states and this corrupt government are not above the law. They cannot get away with this. They should be charged with aiding and abetting illegal aliens, violating our Federal Immigration Laws, Dereliction of Duty for the failure to protect our country from this invasion by foreign citizens and allowing both our foreign and domestic enemies within to do us great harm, death, destruction, and financial harm to us and our country.

Sanctuary states must lose all Federal funding.

Non-sanctuary states must deem ALL drivers' licenses issued to illegal aliens from sanctuary states as null and void. Those licenses CANNOT transfer across state lines!

Non-sanctuary states should have the right to pull them over, arrest them, impound the vehicle, fine them, and put them in jail awaiting orders for deportation.

It is a privilege to drive and vote in this country. These corrupt politicians have sullied that privilege in direct violation of our laws.

We need to sue sanctuary states and shut these treasonous acts down.

We need a one-page bill on DRIVERS LICENSES and a one-page bill on UNIFORM VOTING RIGHTS

We need an attorney to take this on.

We need a Congress person to draft these two bills and have it ready to vote on when President Trump returns to office.




Legal immigration, illegal immigration, and birthright citizenship is destroying this country. The financial costs out of OUR wallets are in the hundreds of billions.

They are causing us great financial harm and bankrupting us, our schools, our healthcare system. They are destroying our housing.

We are going broke paying the taxes to fund this human trafficking and unrelenting invasion of our country through refugee programs, TPS, asylum, and illegal immigration. We must shut this down and defund these programs.

We must deport 50 million including visa overstays, TPS, refugees, asylum, DACA, and end birthright citizenship.

We will not survive as a nation if we do not stop this 100% and reverse the damage immediately.

These states issue Drivers Licenses to illegal aliens!

They need to lose Federal Funding and those licenses should NOT be honored in the states that do not issue illegal aliens licenses!

This is against Federal immigration laws, they are aiding and abetting illegal aliens.

Our states need to pass a LAW that deems drivers licenses issued to illegal aliens as Null & Void and those licenses cannot be honored or transferred to other states.

GET THE LAW PASSED IN EACH INDIVIDUAL STATE!

States issue driver’s licenses under the constitutional authority of the 10th Amendment. Congress enacted Real ID in 2005, creating standards for state-issued driver’s licenses, including evidence of lawful status. This brief provides a summary of state legislation authorizing driver’s licenses or authorization cards for unauthorized immigrants.

Nineteen states and the District of Columbia have enacted laws to allow unauthorized immigrants to obtain driver’s licenses. These states—California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia and Washington—issue a license if an applicant provides certain documentation, such as a foreign birth certificate, foreign passport, or consular card and evidence of current residency in the state.

In 2022, Rhode Island enacted legislation extending driver’s licenses and identification cards to those without proof of lawful presence (SB 2006/HB 7939). In addition to Rhode Island, the Massachusetts legislature overrode the Governor’s veto of their bill allowing those without proof of lawful presence to obtain driver’s licenses (SB 4822/HB 4805). In the 2022 midterm election, Massachusetts voters were asked via ballot measure (Q4) whether the state should keep or repeal the new immigrant driver’s license law, and voters ultimately elected to uphold it.

In 2023, Minnesota became the most recent state to enact legislation allowing individuals to get driver’s licenses without proof of lawful presence (HB 4/SB 27).
