In February 2009, in Omaha, Nebraska, illegal alien drunk driver Romero Garcia, 51, plowed his van into a car being driven by Jasmine Linscott, her sister Elizabeth was sitting in the passenger seat. Both girls were taken to the hospital, with Elizabeth’s injuries requiring the most treatment, racking up thousands in medical bills.

Garcia was charged with DUI, failure to yield, and no insurance.

The good news is that both young women survived, the bad news is that with their car totaled, their mom, Trish Linscott, not only had to buy another car, but continue making payments on the one which was destroyed by Garcia.

Her insurance did not pay the full amount of her loan, and a judge declared Garcia “indigent,â€

How many innocent Americans would be still be alive or never have to go through being killed, murdered, raped, robbed, or maimed if AZ SB1070 were implemented in every state in the nation?

Americans are suffering not only at the hands of illegal aliens, but also because of the negligence of law enforcement to enforce existing immigration laws.

These are NEEDLES DEATHS, caused by no other reason than those in government failing to uphold their Constitutional oath to protect America from FOREIGN INVASION!

Many of these murderers are multiple, repeat offenders arrested then let loose back into our society to kill and maim.

THAT IS WHY WE HAVE TO DEPORT ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS. TELL THE POLITICIANS THAT WE DO NOT SUPPORT AMNESTY FOR ILLEGALS. ILLEGALS COME HERE WITHOUT VISAS OR OVERSTAY. THEREFORE, THEY HAVE TO BE DEPORTED NOW.

There are so many hit and run accidents in South Florida that are insurance is expensive. Many of these hit and runs are caused by illegals as they know they will most likely get deported. Some of those accidents have caused severe injuries or even death. Then number of DUI's by illegals and those on work visas are high as well.
I checked yesterday's arrests in Collier County which includes the farming community of Immokalee and they had 3 arrests for illegals for driving with a no valid driver's license. On Sunday they had 3 unlicnesend and one DUI. They catch an average of 2 or 3 of them a day. At times they also catch them with marijauna or cocaine on them. I am seeing alot more of that.
