    I can't find the link, but seemingly by the end of the week (February 15), the WTO is planning an embargo of certain goods to the US as an additional sanction against the US because Bush refuses to pay the 2.2 billion dollar fine against us in 2004 for his "illegal" tariffs on steel and for the new bill that subsidizes US cotton.

    I am sorry, but apparently hubby cleared my history and I can no longer find the article. It was in a major paper about two weeks ago.
