Jim Gilchrist Files Frivolous Lawsuit
Against Immigration Watchdog
Jim Gilchrist is being sued for embezzling Minuteman Project funds. His trial date is set for May 27th . He is terrified of facing the financial paper trail in court so he is desperately trying to silence his critics and accusers with frivolous lawsuits.
On April 16th, 2008, Jim Gilchrist filed a defamation lawsuit against Brook Young of Immigration Watchdog, Chelene Nightingale of Save Our State, Barbara Coe of CCIR, Minuteman Project Treasurer Deborah Courtney, and Minuteman Project President Marvin Stewart.
Jim Gilchrist Threatens To Sue One Hundred Patriots!
Yes, you read that correctly, Jim Gilchrist is also threatening to sue as many as one hundred Patriots in the movement for defamation. As of this writing, they are unnamed John Doe's but more Patriots could be added to the list at any time.

100 John Doe's Against Jim Gilchrist
Jim Gilchrist is so despised in the anti-illegal immigration movement that other Patriots have decided to volunteer themselves to become Doe's in Jim Gilchrist's defamation lawsuit. They are challenging Jim Gilchrist to follow through on his threat to sue more of us. Maybe after his embezzlement trial we will all file a class action lawsuit against him just for laughs!
If you would like to become a Doe, send an email to brook@brookyoung.com with your full name. You may also include a brief statement as to why you want to become a Doe. Let's fill the courtroom with angry Patriots!

In the past three years I have only asked for money on two occasions. The first was a fund raiser for a trip to Washington, and the second was a few hundred dollars for a new hard drive and some software. I guess what I'm trying to say, is that I don't like asking for money, but now I am asking.
