How can you "get legal" from within the country you invaded. Only in America.

"These illegal alien plaintiffs seek nothing more than to use this court as a vehicle for their continued unlawful presence in this country. To allow these plaintiffs to do so would make this court an abettor of iniquity and this court finds that simply unpalatable."


He has hit the nail right on the head--- it is the whole problem with all these illegal alien cases including the Hazelton decision. All the cases should be thrown right out of court. Illegal aliens are using the legal system to facilitate breaking the law! It is disgusting. It is the undermining of our entire system of laws and government!

WOW! This judge got the common sense balls.

Where do we find more like him?

I wish this judge would move to NC and run for governor.

With the state government we have now NC should change its name to North Mexico!
