Here in Oklahoma, we call them the clergy cartel. A local patriot caught the "Reverend" Victor Orta using one of Pre-Paid Legal's private jets and he managed to take some pics:

The same day this lawsuit was dismissed, my boss received his compliance letter regarding the employer sections of HB 1804 that starts next summer. Attrition through enforcement is working and the best part is that the big business OBLS's and commie OBL's are dragging out the tired pro-slavery argument about the state not having enough workers, but the classified ads don't jive with their propaganda.

Judge tosses immigration lawsuit

TULSA — U.S. District Judge James Payne, in a very strongly worded opinion, dismissed a lawsuit against Oklahoma's controversial immigration bill, House Bill 1804, Wednesday evening.



Payne found that half the complainants lacked standing and said those with standing — a handful of "illegal alien complainantsâ€

"Again, some plaintiffs ignore the need to describe the injuries actually caused by the challenged statutes, while the illegal alien plaintiffs complain of grievances that could best be remedied by simply compliance with federal law. Both categories of plaintiffs must be dismissed for lack of standing, either on constitutional or prudential grounds."

Finally! An official gets it right!!! It's not hard to understand...OBEY THE LAW!!

Can we reference this ruling in other situations ? Such as illegal attending college in NC ?

The best part is that the rest of the country was watching and I can almost hear the sound of duplicate laws being drafted by other states!!!


I believe this law was inspired by racism and politics. And there's no [b]reason to obey this law, especially when they try to criminalize the undocumented people, no one is going to obey that law. I am not going to.â€
