    Federal Judge Orders Raids On Illegals To Stop

    Albuquerque, New Mexico — New Mexico’s chief federal judge has ordered the Otero County Sheriff’s Department to stop raids in Chaparral neighborhoods that are conducted to find and deport illegal aliens.

    This judge is out of line...ICE doesn't have to suspend it's law enforcement activities just because this federal judge doesn't like it......and local law enforcement are allowed to assist ICE with investigations, arrests, etc. even if they don't have a formal 287(g) agreement in place.

    She didn't order them to stop the raids, just the way the raids are conducted. Read the article.

    The judge should have recused herself from this case, smacks of favoritism IMHO.

    He stopped the sheriff, but he did not stop I.C.E.

    The judge ordered the local sheriff to stop his raids.
    NO AMNESTY
