Feds: Illegal Alien With Long Criminal History, Was Running Prostitution Ring In Illinois

CHICAGO, IL - On February 14, Marcin Ciborowski (aka Rafal Golaszewski), 43, was arrested at O'Hare International Airport, as he was waiting for two women, who came to this country to work as "high-end" escorts for Ciborowski.

Those two women were placed on another flight back home by Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agents, and today they may be thanking those same agents, as the prostitution ring run by Ciborowski is anything but "high-end," according to one woman who worked for him.

The Chicago Patch reported:

"Several of the women admitted working for the operation and said recruiters had led them to believe they were getting involved with a high-end escort business that involved "travel, gentlemen, yachts, and hotels," but in reality they found themselves working 12-hour days with up to 10 clients, (DHS Agent Oleg) Sokolov said. The leaders of the scheme would take half of their proceeds and occasionally take them to buy groceries or to wire money back to Europe."

"One woman said she had been beaten at least 10 times by clients who demanded to have sex without a condom. She gave investigators photos showing her with a bloody nose and bruises, saying the ringleaders of the scheme never did anything to physically abusive clients and warned her against reporting the beatings to police, according to Sokolov's 93-page affidavit."

The prostitution network reportedly operated out of Chicago and its surrounding suburbs.

Ciborowski, who is Polish, has been arrested at least five times, with the last known arrest coming in 2016 for DUI.

He has been deported twice, but admitted to re-entering the country illegally from Mexico, and then purchasing a citizen's stolen identity documents for $2,000, according to court documents.

Ciborowski has been charged with one count of conspiracy to import, employ, or harbor in any house or other place, aliens for the purpose of prostitution or for any other immoral purpose. He is currently being held at the Kendall County Jail on an ICE detainer.

Obviously, this criminal alien could not be placed in Cook County's Jail (where Chicago arrestees are held), as officials there, have adopted a 'sanctuary policy' for illegal aliens, and Ciborowski would likely be released back onto the street.
