If they would try and pull that stunt they will lose ALL credibility even with Democrats.

The federal government ignores most of our immigration laws so one more won't be a problem for them.

Further evidence that the Obama administration is not serious about illegal immigration enforcement and why it would be absurd for any logical, objective person to believe that he would enforce immigration laws if he was ever able to pass "comprehensive immigration reform" amnesty.

This is one of the reasons why so many Americans oppose CIR amnesty.

In my opinion, this administration is putting interests of another country before the interests of the people they are sworn to represent. The people of this country are a cog in the wheel of the UN controlled one world government.

the administration first has to care about the people of this country and they do not understand who they are to stand up for and support

Seems to me Arizona needs to sue the Federal Government for not performing it's Constitutional mandate of stopping a foreign invasion. Best part about that is the Supreme Court already ruled in 1898 children born in the USA to foreign invaders ARE NOT US citizens!!

The Obama administration wants the U.S. Supreme Court to void Arizona's two-year-old employer-sanctions law, designed to punish companies that knowingly hire undocumented workers.

Lets face it, this administration is not going to secure our borders or deport illegals. Further, they are going to do everything in their power to make life more comfortable here for illegal invaders. This is a fact and it cannot be disputed any longer, based upon the actions of this administration thus far.

Obama has made it clear that he has chosen mexico over the United States and her citizens. The only question remaining is how can this be permitted to continue in this country?

No question about it JD! There are some slime ball GOP'ers doing their best to shove amnesty down the throats of Americans. Although it seems at the moment obama and his cronies are trying extra hard to make it happen....
