While Department of Homeland Security is working toward erecting a 370-mile fence along the southern border by 2008, there has been an increase in assaults made on U.S. Border Patrol Agents by illegal aliens.

I had to almost laugh at the title-"Fencing Would Assist Border Agents"
Well Duh!
We make this whole thing so much harder than it has to be.
Seal the border and let the agents do their jobs.
Enforce current immigration laws
NO freebies for illegals
