IMO, illegal aliens would rather kill a police officer than to have to obey the law or get deported.

Very true. I hope the next time the police have to respond to a noise complaint at night they'll send more that one man.

We're finding this mob rule growing here as well. Trying to disarm the officer while the mob runs and diverts attention to a million and one different directions. It's frightening and something I don't want to see becomming the norm here. I know working in stores and expecting to control and maintain things....a couple employees and 1 security guard can't control a mob comming in to do damage and lousy security cameras that don't cover 1/2 the store. They started instructing us to each carry our own cell phone because many times you couldn't get to the phone to call for help. They would constantly go into areas of the store that were "employee only" claiming they didn't know what the sign said....we'd put it up in Spanish and then ordered to take it down because it was "racist". Didn't mean it to be "racist"......they were just the ONLY ones who couldn't seem to read the sign and respect it.

Officers should always travel with partners.

Well, our country's leaders aren't following many of our own laws. What kind of message does that tell others? If they don't respect their own laws why should I?

Don't be too hard on the "poor illegals" who got caught. After all, do you really think they'll be deported before receiving an unofficial back room "welcome" from a few deputies?

Cops protect their own and always have. If they think they can assault an officer and get released without a severe beating, they've got a surprise coming.

These officiers should hav at least to officers working together, I can not believe this....

I am going to send this to MSM these are the types of stories we need to flood the news with!! if they report just a few it would help!!

Well, generally it wouldn't, but you were not dealing with rational American Citizens who would have taken the officers warning and ended the party or take measures to substantially reduce the noise.

You happened to be dealing with illegal invaders and their ignorant, third world mentality, in which they think the law does not apply to them because we have allowed them to do whatever they please in this country.

There very first step they took upon US Soil was illegal. What makes you believe they are then suddenly going to become law abiding citizens who demonstrate good citizenship, especially when they were probably drunk!

And if heaven forbid, the officer was killed and the illegals were convicted by a jury and sentenced to death, no doubt Bush would use the full weight of the Federal Govt. to overturn their sentences, like he tried to do in Texas. After all he owes more allegiance to foreign illegal alien murderers, rapists and drug dealers than he does to American citizens and law enforcement. Lucky this didn't happen in Texas, otherwise he'd have Johhny Sutton prosecute the officer for violating the illegal's civil rights by beating their fists with his face.
