This should be especially concerning since Honduras has the largest murder rate in the world. Furthermore, as a country, Honduras is also the most dangerous in the world because of violent gangs and drug violence. I'd say there is better than an even chance these teenagers are members of a Honduras gang. This is not acceptable and should be treated no differently than a known violent criminal escaping from prison because we don't know anything about these teenagers!
