    NO AMNESTY

Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.

All fabricated. It takes 3 minutes to conduct a deportation hearing, less time than a Magistrate spends on other criminals.

Currently, and for years in the past, they have been hearing 50-75 cases at the same time. And the federal court says it's legal.

Ruling upholds mass criminal immigration hearing

TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - A federal appeals court says new procedures ease concerns about large group plea hearings in criminal cases for illegal immigrants arrested in zero-tolerance zones along the U.S.-Mexico border.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals' ruling Thursday upholds the conviction of a woman who pleaded guilty in Tucson to illegal entry during a hearing involving 66 other defendants.

A 2009 ruling by the same San Francisco-based appellate court said mass criminal investigation hearings violated a federal court rule that requires reading and explaining the rights of criminal defendants.

The ruling Thursday says defendants are still being advised of their rights as a group.

But there's now individualized questioning of each defendant on whether he or she understands his or her rights.

There's only one question that matters and that is are you in this country legally. The government already has the answer and will present it, illegal alien can agree or dispute and provide proof the government is wrong. 1 minute each, that's 2 minutes, 1 minute for Judge to review and render decision. That's 3 minutes.

Only the Supreme Court can change that.
And it would likely take years to get the Supreme Court to consider it.

    Didn't Obama set the standard?

Change by Executive Order and implement proceedings. Let the ACLU file a lawsuit and by the time court takes up case we will already have a clean house no immigration back-logs.

The key to success is getting them out of here quickly, efficiently, and quietly.

Even if it takes 10 years, it's worth getting the ball rolling NOW!

When the Executive Branch doesn't want the deportations to actually occur, that puts a veil, cloak, shroud and yoke on the entire process slowing it down deliberately. When the Executive Branch WANTS the deportations to actually occur and occur quickly, efficiently and responsibly, then this process will move as fast as a traffic court which is really all it is. Ever tried to argue a speeding ticket when you're caught on radar? Yeah, like that. "Guilty, NEXT!!"

3 minutes, that's 20 an hour, that 160 a day, that's 800 a week, 3,200 a month, 38,400 per year, per judge at least. There are 227 field judges who hear cases in 2014 based on the USA Today article, http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/p...form/14704039/, plus the additional 55 Congress appropriated in 2015 per JD2's post above, that's a total of 282 judges at the present time.

38,400 x 282 = 10,828,900 deportations per year for the system as it now stands. That's before working extra hours or weekends which of course is allowed and should be encouraged, as this is a national crisis. Congress can also appropriate more Judges, twice as many, at least until all that are here now are out.

If groups or families are handled as single units like Trump says he wants to do, it could be 2 to 4 times that number per day per judge. The issue is to restrict the hearing to relevant substance. Are you here legally or not, if not, out you go. Period. No sob stories, these are irrelevant, wastes the court's time and bogs down the process.

Load them all up into a Stadium...put the Judge on the microphone...say Guilty, and bang the gavel.

Have the buses lined up with a one-way trip out of here.
