Mills’ bill would allow law enforcement officers to confiscate someone’s vehicle if that person cannot prove he or she is in the United States legally.

That would apply to illegal immigrants involved in car wrecks and those who have been pulled over for minor traffic violations.

I agree. Seize the vehicles! You would not put a weapon back in the hands of a lawbreaker! Same applies here. A car or truck in the wrong hands on our roadways has already been proven harmful!

At least stop giving them license plates!!! A illegal alien should not be able to register a car and if they are caught driving somebody else's car, confiscate it or fine them heavily. If you get caught driving someone else's car while drunk, then the car owner gets charged with DUI also, here in TN.

I have never understood when insurance and a license are REQUIRED to drive a car, they are not required, in a lot of States, to register a car.
