Certainly Mr Gates knows that money is often the ultimate equalizer, so shouldn't we focus on ALL students who are in economic need regardless of ethnicity.
Gates is a globalist who, by this donation, is promoting the onset of the NAU. Knowing darn well that English speaking people will not have access to the donation, he has deliberately discriminated. Where is the ACLU on this? Donations shouldn't be earmarked for minorities, it should be earmarked for the underprivilaged. Gates is part of the conspiracy to do away with the United States.

There are many open source equivalents free for download that can replace Microsoft products. Open Office can provide you the same functionality as MS Office, Firefox instead of IE, etc, which are free and in many ways superior products. It's a start.

    "minority scholarships"

I like to think that the days of having to stereotype racial/ethnic minorities are over. If what Bill and Melinda Gates want is to help poor American students go into theses fields then they should not put restrictions based on color/race/ethnicity. Anyone who fits the income guidelines would be eligible including minorities ...so why exlcude those that are white? I don't think this is right, or fair either. There are many poor and lower-middle class families that don't even consider college as an option because they can't afford it.. If we want our students to pursue careers in engineering, math, science and remain competitive it shouldn't matter what race/color/ethnicity they are as long as they make the grade, graduate and be successful!
