Thread: Giuliani Calls For ‘Detention Centers’ For Illegal Immigrants Who Commit Crimes

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani called for the creation of “detention centers” to house illegal immigrants convicted of crimes.

The former mayor and adviser to President Donald Trump claimed the current system allows illegals who have committed crimes to stay in the U.S. after serving their sentence.

“What we should do is, first of all, we should develop detention centers for them, they shouldn’t be catch and release, they shouldn’t go to jail for five years for assault or attempted murder or selling drugs, and then go back out on the street,” said Giuliani in an interview with Judge Jeanine Pirro on Fox News Saturday. “They should go into a detention center. They should be held, and then we should exert all the pressure that we have, which is enormous by the way, to deport them to the countries where they’re supposed to go to.”

Giuliani’s comments come one day after Trump signed a new executive order which halts immigration from seven predominantly Muslim countries. Trump has not backed down from his campaign promise to build a wall along the Mexican border since taking office last week.

Yes, they should be detained until they're deported.

This is an enormous problem and the quickest way to solve it and stop our bleeding is GET THEM ALL OUT OF HERE, before they commit crimes so heinous their own countries won't take them back.

We need a fast-track deportation program and we need it now. We need our dear wonderful state and local law enforcement officers to join US in this mission, to put their personnel, equipment, knowledge, skills and expertise to our cause to remove all illegal aliens in accordance with US immigration law, so this problem is solved, behind US, and we can breathe free again, relax and focus our energy, attention and so very limited resources on doing great things for our fellow citizens, each other, our families, our employers, our companies, our cities, towns, states, counties and neighborhoods.

We can't do anything right now, we're paralyzed with overpopulation, budget deficits, 94 million Americans out of the work force, 75 million on Medicaid, 44 million on food stamps, 87% of illegal aliens with children on welfare, hundreds of thousands of homeless Americans, millions of young people in their 20's still living at home with their parents because they can't afford to move out because the jobs aren't there, many of them college graduates.

COME ON!! We need your help state and local law enforcement. Of all the laws on your books today, helping our country enforce US immigration law is the single most important set of laws to enforce, because they not only affect our economic condition, jobs, sustainability, population, public benefits funding, public safety and national security, they determine whether or not we are still in fact a sovereign nation.

Think about it. Have some meetings. Discuss this among your ranks. Take a stand through your associations, unions, councils, and so forth.

We've got your backs, we need you to have ours.

Put all illegals and Visa overstays together in the detention holding facilities. Not in with the general population of our jails and prisons.

If our local Police arrest an illegal or Visa overstay...hand them directly over to ICE where we can Fast Track them out of here!

If any are convicted of murder or heinous crime...then let the Federal Government handle it, not the local Judges.
