I have always thought so, the Bush doctrine (outlining the Iraq invasion) was online at PBS.org in 1998. When Bush was selected as president, I knew then what the game plan was, which is why I am still stunned that despite all of the information on the internet that people actually believed up until last year that Iraq attacked us and we had a legitimate reason for invading a sovereign nation.
