    Sure. All their offices will be closed, all the people who process all these thugs, drug dealers, con artists and scammers will be on "furlough". Only the "essential" agents themselves with no other personnel to back them up with be on the job. Hell, there won't even be a janitorial staff to clean the sinks and toilets.
