“The court’s decision to enjoin most of SB1070 correctly affirms the federal government’s responsibilities in enforcing our nation's immigration laws. Over the past eighteen months, this Administration has dedicated unprecedented resources to secure the border, and we will continue to work to take decisive action to disrupt criminal organizations and the networks they exploit. DHS will enforce federal immigration laws in Arizona and around the country in smart, effective ways that focus our resources on criminal aliens who pose a public safety threat and employers who knowingly hire illegal labor, as well as continue to secure our border.

“ICE works everyday with local law enforcement across the country to assist them in making their communities safer and we will continue do so in Arizona. At the same time, we will continue to increase resources in Arizona by complementing the National Guard deployment set to begin on Aug. 1 with the deployment of hundreds of additional Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, Border Patrol agents and other law enforcement personnel that will aid in our continuing efforts to conduct outbound inspections, patrol challenging terrain, and interdict illicit smugglers. We are focused on smart effective immigration and border enforcement while we work with Congress toward the type of bipartisan comprehensive reform that will provide true security and establish accountability and responsibility in our immigration system at the national level.â€

These people make me sick. They are basicly saying they are only going to pretend to enforce our immigration laws while focusing on getting Congress to pass a form of Amnesty that will then remove their need to ever enforce another immigration or border law.

I want to spit in the face of who ever issued this press Release.

This administration hasn't done feces in securing the border. The Interior Department is posting signs throughout Arizona warning Americans to stay out of various areas because of drug and human smuggling violence. Obama CUT the number of border patrol personnel and Napolitano gutted interior enforcement. While espousing his absolutely phony concern about unemployed Americans, Obama is challenging the use of e-verify in Arizona and other states and like the slugs on Capital Hell supports the doubling and tripling of H and L cheap labor visas. The American people need to realize this administration has placed the interests of border hopping and identity stealing illegal aliens ahead of struggling Americans for cheap labor and votes to placate their drug cartel, UN, Soros and Mexican government masters.

Point by point the judge got it wrong

Non citizens ARE required to carry papers as per FEDERAL LAW

Day laborors have been outlawed in Redondo Beach Calif and upheld by the 9th circus court.

She stopped other parts on pre emption of profiling and wrongs that have not been committed , there is no standing since there has been no crime.

This is so wrong on so many levels , Even your worst armchair lawyer (and we have a lot of smart people here) knows how bogus this is.

Obama bought out another judge with some kind of bribe. Thank goodness Brewer is taking it to the supreme court. Judge Bolten took out all the necessary portions of the bill. Whats left? Illegal aliens are laughing and dancing in the streets.

THE FEDS DO NOT ENFORCE IMMIGRATION LAWS. THAT IS WHY WE NEED SB 1070. ALL THIS IS POLITICS. WE NEED TO REMOVE FROM OFFICE ALL THE DEMOCRATS AND OBAMA. DO NOT FORGET THAT IN NOVEMBER AND 2012. NO MORE DEMOCRATS.

AMERICANS DO NOT SUPPORT AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS. NO AMNESTY. NEVER. DEMOCRATS WILL BE REMOVE FROM OFFICE IN NOVEMBER AND THE WILL OF AMERICANS WILL PREVAIL.

They are all traitors, and need to be prosecuted as such.
