I am sick of these activist judges destroying the very fabric of our nation. Where is there justice for taxpayers in the decisions that we must educate illegals, and in the decision that we must provide "emergency" medical treatment for illegals? Based on one poorly decided case that smacks of the personal prejudice and ideology of the judge without any consideration of the impact and punishment of the people who not only pay the judge's salaries, but also pay the price for the poor decisions.

The judicial branch is out of hand, illogical and way too powerful. The Arizona ruling is the perfect example of judicial activism providing everything but justice to the people they are supposed to represent.
