A Guatemalan immigrant will be deported by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement for a second time.
Edgar Guox-Az, 25, pleaded guilty in federal court to a charge of violating federal immigration laws.
Prosecutors said Guox-Az, also known as Edgar Guoz-Az and David Hernandez-Sanchez, was removed from the country on Sept. 25, 2005, and was living in the Western District of Pennsylvania on May 3, 2007. He had not applied for or received permission from the secretary of the Department of Homeland Security for re-application for admission into the country.
