Listen at the chants of the crowds on American soil and see if they don't remind you of the same types of chants of the German people responding to Hitler, or the masses responding to the speeches of Castro, or any other totalitarian state leader.

America you must recognize that we are at war. WE are invaded for a reason. It is not about economics for poor peasants who don't have ability to support their families. It is about destruction of America, its sovereignty, its liberty and the creation of communist one world order under economic rule of international corporations.

Wake up before it is too, late. Stop apologizing for defending America. WE as a nation can not take another immigrant into our country until we recover our sovereignty and our liberty. Stop this crap of saying you are for "legal" immigration. That is another code phrase for I am for legal Marxist invasion.

How dumb can Americans be? Are you so stupid as to limit defense of your nation your family with the "I love legal immigrants" sign? Get over it.

"Legal immigrants" have nine guest worker programs and multitudes of no cap limit immigration now. That means we accept an unlimited number of people to flood our nation. It is not based on political amnesty which is the only category that would be reasonable. It is based on dictates of powerful Marxist groups working in collusion with international corporations and our corrupt elected officials.

America is being destroyed by population dilution politics and invasions from specific political groups that favor anti American, anti Christian, anti democracy, anti representative government and instead support either radical Islam or Marxist revolutionary governments. We as a nation can not tolerate any more immigration.

Zero immigration is the only answer.

Stand up for America, and quit providing incessant apologies for being an American Citizen. We can never win this war if people continue to support policies that have no impact on controlling immigration regardless if it is “legalâ€

We need a moritorium on all immigration for about 10 years until we fix this terrible problem!

When anything goes crazy....you have to stop and back up. Get back to the basics and get that to normal, before you can move forward. Seperate need and wants....what's important and whats not.

Right now we have been spread too thin....going in a 1000 different directions. It is time to STOP and try and pick up before we can even think of moving forward.

While we should have immigration, until we determine the number of people in America on visas, illegally, and those who have overstayed their visas we need to temporarily shut down immigration. No more work visas, no more illegals, no more Ag guest workers. Nothing and then everyone must learn English within a specific time or leave. We need to determine how many workers we need both in the tech field, ag jobs, construction jobs, etc. before we let any more in. We have Americans that need work and we don't need to employ rest of the world. Americans first!!

I think the crucial stakes are in the looming court battles. I do believe the US government is finally swinging into action--or at least trying to. This could change in 2009. The SS "no match letters" will be an important step if they can overcome the legal challenges. I do not agree that they should allow 90 days for a response; thirty would be more like it.

I am wondering if groups are sending "amicus curiae" briefs to the federal court? It might be very helpful for some knowledgeable legal societies that favor border control to intervene in this way. (Heritage Foundation perhaps) It is very likely that liberal groups are already sending their opinions in to the court.
