So you're saying that the amendment restricting funding for this was essentially pointless since US funds are not being used to build it to begin with? What else from a legislative perspective could be done to derail this?

Sorry if I sound alarmed - I haven't read the entire Corsi book as of yet. I am doing my best to keep up with everything that is going on with SPP and NAU which is tough to do with a job, family, and contacting Congressmen nearly every day to make sure that they are doing their jobs properly...I'm sure many are in the same boat.

The U.S. Interstate Highway System was chartered by President Eisenhower, who considered it essential for U.S. defense, like the Autobahn he saw in Germany.

Therefore, the President should block this TTC-35 / NASCO project on the grounds that it places an essential element of U.S. defense under the control of foreign powers (Spain and China). Something like Hughes and Loral selling our missile inertial guidance systems to China.

You say the President didn't block that transaction either?

From this NASCO map, it appears that the two main population centers that will be not connected, for transporting a nuke in a container from China, will be Washington, DC, and New York City.

How did that happen?
