I didn't pay much attention to the early part of the nomination process, because when Hillary declared, I assumed that she'd be our next president. The first time I did see 'Bama, I thought that he was just an annoying clown and that the media would be all over him. Never happened. Weeks later it was apparent that most of the media had adopted 'Bama as their candidate. Nothing but How presidential he looks. I wonder if the DNC was not among those whose were enamored of this clown.

It was a terrible mistake by the DNC and for our country. Hillary would have won and been a far better President. She's smart as a tack and tough as nails.

We'll have to agree to disagree on that one, MW. I like competent people and believe we should have competent people in our government, whether I agree with their all their positions or not. I don't believe Obama is competent, and I believe that puts our country at extreme risk.
