House leader: Feds should sue Utah over guest-worker law:

The chairman of the House Judiciary Committee sent a pointed request to the attorney general this week demanding that he take the state of Utah to court over a new law that would create a guest worker program for immigrants.

In his letter, sent Monday, Chairman Lamar Smith R-Texas, called for a civil lawsuit against the state and pointed out how quickly the Justice Department challenged an immigration enforcement bill passed by Arizona.
