There needs to be a Directive issued to the States government employees to terminate any and all taxpayer government programs awarded to ILLEGAL ALIENS, and they cannot collect any benefits on behalf of a U.S. citizen, whether that citizen is a minor or otherwise.

Audit your records and stop giving them the freebies now! Do not reward them...deport them.

Government employees are not above the Law. They must be fired for disregarding our Federal Immigration & Visa Laws. That includes the Governors and Mayors of these States and Cities.

No IRS tax refunds, no child care tax credits, no welfare, no food stamps, no school, no healthcare, no housing, no drivers license or you are FIRED for harboring, aiding and abetting illegal aliens. They have no Student Visa to attend our schools, no two sets of rules. Disenroll them and they need to go back to their countries. This is discrimination and favoritism against those who come here legally and follow our laws!

The illegal parents are the guardians and custodians of their minor children, those children are ALSO a citizen of their country, deport the whole family.

Their countries laws state if they give birth on foreign soil then that child IS a citizen of their country...deport them!
