When I was in NJ the apartment complex was having the roofs redone. It was like an invasion. Must have been 30 or more workers spread out over 5 buildings. Not one spoke english. Also their safety habits were left at the border also. Several times I saw them jump from one roof to the roof of another building. We even has snow one day and they were still working up there. Shovel and nail. That contract must have been a huge one too. Those are the operations ICE needs to nail to the roof.
