CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (AP) - A U.S. District Court judge has pushed back the trial of four former top managers of a kosher slaughterhouse company.

Judge Linda Reade on Monday agreed to continue the trial of the managers until Oct. 13. The slaughterhouse itself has been sold and prosecutors dropped it from their indictment.

Reade said she will issue decisions within days on a motion to change the trial location and a request by former manager Sholom Rubashkin to dismiss all 163 counts against him because of alleged abuse of the grand jury process.

Rubashkin and three co-defendants have pleaded not guilty to immigration, bank fraud, wire fraud and mail fraud charges.

Agriprocessors was the subject of a massive immigration raid in 2008.
